Rockwool

ROCKWOOL

Stone wool insulation material, the content of which is volcanic rock, is a lightweight building material consisting of fibers obtained by melting volcanic rocks at high temperatures. It is used as a standard for insulation in buildings and exterior applications. At this point, stone wool, which has a very functional feature in terms of both sound insulation and thermal insulation, is frequently preferred because it has an effective potential in terms of insulation, although it has some negative features.

Stone wool is a very good insulation material, it is light, it does not burn, it does not contain mold and bacteria. However, it is delicate, resistant to pressure, physical effects, humidity and water. It is almost impossible to use alone and it needs extra applications to eliminate these negative features. Failure to comply with these standards requires the process to lose its feature over time and be repeated.

Technical specifications

Its density is between 60 kg/m3 – 160 kg/m3.

The thermal conductivity coefficient (λ) is between 0.036 W/mK and 0.040 W/mK.

Thanks to its inorganic structure, it does not produce bacteria.

Its dimensions do not change when exposed to heat and humidity.

A1 class fireproof,

5 cm thick rock wool has a sound absorption coefficient of (α) = 0.79 at 500 Hz and a sound attenuation value of 40.1* dB.

The biggest feature and innovation of these products is that our “clay-based” ecological material, which we developed and believed to be the “construction and industry material of the future”, is the basis and binder of the products. It combines very high adhesion strength and physical strength into a single structure, and transfers its non-flammability, physical durability, insulation, and decorative properties to the products we develop.

At the same time, thanks to the technique we have developed and applied to all our products, there is no “HEAT BRIDGE” in any of our products. No matter how good the material is, insulation will be inefficient if it contains thermal bridges.

it is unique in its field and has no rivals.

In the structure of these panels, which are produced from 100% sustainable, ecological and natural materials; Swamp reed, non-porous clay and geopolymer-based non-porous GreCer, porous mineral foam GrePor (click for more information about materials) materials developed by our company were used as surface and filling. The main body that forms the panel is made of carbonized, natural-resistant pine wood. Recycled polyester felt is used under the GreCer layer on the outer surface and on the inner surface. Thus, the resistance of the panel against sudden and hard mechanical impacts has been increased to an extraordinary extent. Carbonizing the exposed surfaces of the tree to atmospheric conditions permanently prevents insects, caterpillars, fungus and mold spores from damaging the tree. In addition, carbonized wood fires up to three times longer than non-carbonized wood. In all our panels and construction technique, the interior surfaces facing the living area are covered with recycled polyester felt and GreCer is applied as a thin layer on top of it. Gypsum plaster application of at least 8 mm thickness to be applied to this surface creates an interrupted gypsum plaster layer on the interior and cuts the relationship of the wood in the panel frames with the interior space. Thus, the wooden material used in the panels is protected against the possibility of fire that may occur indoors.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE
The application technique of the panels is very simple and does not require expertise. First of all, a platform that will be made of scaled concrete blockage or resistant to natural conditions, preferably impregnated timber is created on which the building will sit. FLOOR, WALL, CEILING SOUND & HEAT INSULATION BARRIER, one of my product groups, is covered on this platform (you can check the product’s features from the content on my system).
In order to create a wall on this barrier, the first step is to apply a thin layer of uninterrupted silicone between the panels, bring them side by side and fix them with simple tools like a vise. A wall consisting of two panels is obtained by screwing the panels that come together and touch each other at an angle of 35 degrees from the interior part. As a result of repeating this process according to the size of the construction in the plan you will apply, you can perform the assembly of the walls required in a large area in a very short time with your family members or friends.
In the corners, square studs with panel frame thickness are used as wall connectors. Panels coming from 90 degrees in both directions are screwed to the corner timbers at an angle of 35 degrees. The fact that the panel frames come together to form a load-bearing column of almost 10 x 10 cm, and the corner wooden carriers of almost 20 x 10 cm (together with the panel trees) in the corners allow you to create a second attic for the building. If you apply the roof height and slope adequately, you can obtain ¾ of the area you will obtain on the ground as an attic.

In a short time, our detailed, fully insulated roof panel solutions and ready-made house projects will be presented to your liking.

DECORATIVE HEAT & SOUND INSULATION PLATES

“NO HEAT AND SOUND BRIDGES” (GreCer + OSB + Stone wool plate + Recycled polyester felt)

Size: 62.5 x 122.5 cm – 92.5 x 182.5 cm – 124.5 x 260 cm

Thickness: 47 – 57 – 67 mm

Decorative GreCer layer on the surface of Stone wool plates with a density of 100 kg/m3 and a heat transmission coefficient of 34 W/mK, protected against mechanical effects with a frame made of OSB strips, Pol. Felt + Pol. It is protected against external atmospheric and mechanical effects by an application in the form of a felt + GreCer layer between them. GreCer surface + Pol. applied to the OSB frame and surface. Felt layers provide stability, extra sound absorption and heat insulation capacity, extraordinary strength and flexibility to the product. At the same time, the felts that overlap the OSB frame prevent thermal bridges that may occur between the plates.

The uncoated felt surface on the back of the product ensures that the product can be applied to the wall with ceramic adhesives in an extremely solid way.

If desired, extra dowels can be applied on large-sized plates.
